Event Detail and Terms & Conditions:

• The “Scratch Fun Prizes” event promotion period is between 15^th Aug 2024 and 31^st Oct 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). By participating in the “Scratch Fun Prizes” Event, customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed with these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
• During the Promotion Period, all holders with PetroChina Discount Card (the “Members”) will be eligible to earn a lucky draw card upon purchasing Futuro Gasoline, VitaGold Gasoline or Pepa Diesel whose purchase price is over HKD$600 after discount in a single transaction. Likewise, net spending upon HKD$1,200 in a single transaction, the Members will earn two lucky draw cards and so on. There is no limit on the number of lucky draw cards earned and redeemed by each member during the promotion period. Each lucky draw card can be redeemed once with the prize as printed on the card.
• The eligible member shall get the lucky draw card(s) at the spot right after each eligible purchase. All prizes are subject to the relevant terms and conditions stipulated in the lucky draw card(s).
• Eligible Members are required to provide the original copy of lucky draw card(s) and the corresponding personal PetroChina Discount Card for verification purpose upon prize redemption. Failure to do so would be regarded as ineligible for any prize redemption. Upon prize redemption, PetroChina International (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. (“PetroChina”) would collect the lucky draw card(s) immediately.
• Photocopies of lucky draw card(s) or altered, defaced or damaged lucky draw card(s) will not be accepted. The lucky draw card(s) will not be replaced in case of loss or damage.
• The prizes for the Scratch Fun Prizes event: see the above Prizes List table
• Awards Number 1, 3-7 prizes are not supplied by PetroChina. PetroChina shall not be held liable for the prizes of which PetroChina is not the supplier. Should there be any disputes concerning those prizes, the winner(s) shall contact the supplier(s) directly. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers, including but not limited to any measures or policy taken by the suppliers in prevention of any contagious disease. If there is any complaint regarding the prizes, the winner(s) shall contact the supplier(s) directly.
• All lucky draw cards earned and prizes awarded in this event are not transferable, and cannot be resold, replaced or exchanged for cash or any other merchandises or offers.
• The winners of award items 1-5 should email the following information to [email protected] for registration on or before 15^th November 2024 (the "Expiry Date”):

1. Photograph of the winning lucky draw card (please acknowledge the Personal Data Collection Policy Statement)
2. Photograph of the receipt of the corresponding eligible transaction
3. PetroChina Discount Card number of the winner
4. Name of the winner
5. Contact number and email of the winner

• After successful registration, the winners would be contacted by PetroChina by the email or telephone provided by the winners for prize collection arrangement.
• Registration with incorrect or incomplete information or registration after the Expiry Date would not be processed. The winner who fails to register the lucky draw card on or before the Expiry Date would be regarded to give up the prize.
• The winners of award should present the original copy of the lucky draw card, the original receipt of the corresponding Eligible Purchase and the PetroChina Discount Card for verification when collecting the prize.
• Awards number 2 and 9 could not be redeemed in the same transaction in which the corresponding lucky draw card(s) are earned and shall be used in transactions other than the aforementioned transaction.
• For redeeming awards number 2 and 9, the winners must present the original copy of the lucky draw card or the voucher or cash coupon (which is collected after registration) to the staff of filling station before any fuel is supplied. Failure to do so, the lucky draw card, the voucher or the cash coupon could not be redeemed in the same transaction.
• The winners of awards number 2 and 9 could have complimentary supply of one of the specified fuels of maximum value specified in the lucky draw card, the voucher or the cash coupon to one motor vehicle in a single intake. If the fuel tank is full or for any reasons that the fuel tank is unable to intake the full amount of the complimentary fuel specified in the lucky draw card, the voucher or the cash coupon, the remaining value will be forfeited and could not be used to redeem, refund or exchange for any cash or merchandises, nor could it be reserved for use in other transactions. The winners shall pay the price difference if the fuel supplied during the redemption exceeds the maximum value specified in the lucky draw card, the voucher or the cash coupon. In each transaction, only one lucky draw card, voucher or cash coupon could be redeemed. The redemption of lucky draw cards, vouchers or cash coupons could not be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, coupons, vouchers, promotional plans or bonus point programs.
• The winners of awards number 6-11 may redeem the prize at any PetroChina Filling Stations by presenting the original copy of the winning lucky draw cards on or before 15 November 2024.
• The winners of awards number 10 is not applicable to Tung Chung station, the purchase of cigarettes and designated products.

• PetroChina reserves the rights of final interpretation and final decisions in the event of disputes.
• If there are any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Personal Data Collection Policy Statement

(the “Policy Statement”)

By participating in the “Scratch Fun Prizes” Event (the “Event”), you indicate that you understand and agree with the content of this Policy Statement, and agree to the collection and use of your personal data by PetroChina International (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited (“PetroChina”) in accordance with this Policy Statement.

Purpose of Collection

The personal data collected by PetroChina in the course of the Event will be used for the following purposes:

• The purpose of the Event
• Contact with prize winners
• Identity verification
• Arrangement for prize collection
• Auditing

The participants of the Event (the “Participants”) are not obliged to provide their personal data. However, without the required information, PetroChina may not be able to register the prize winner or arrange prize collection.

Please do NOT provide any personal data (including personal data relating to third parties) which are not specifically required to be provided. Where information of any third party is included in the documents provided by the Participant, PetroChina will treat that such provision of personal information is with the consent from such third party to disclose such information for the above purposes.

Data Collection

PetroChina may collect the required personal data from the Participants through emails.

Disclosure of Personal Data

For the purposes stated in paragraph 1 above, the personal data provided by the Participants may be disclosed or transferred to relevant parties below.  Such personal data may also be disclosed or transferred to law enforcement agencies as permitted under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO").

Relevant Parties are:

• Prize suppliers
• Service providers
• Professional advisers and consultants

Overseas

Due to the needs of the prize arrangement, the personal data provided by the Participants may be transferred to regions outside Hong Kong, and the laws on the protection of personal data in those regions may be different from the relevant laws in Hong Kong.

Access to Personal Data

Pursuant to Sections 18 and 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the PDPO, the Participants may request access to and correction of their personal data held by PetroChina. Any such request shall be made to the email “[email protected]”.

PetroChina may charge a fee for processing the said request in accordance with the PDPO.
